The BLS Provider course is geared towards Medical Professionals seeking certification for credentialing purposes. While not required, a medical background (Medical, Physical Therapy, Dentistry, etc) is recommended. This course is also suited for students preparing for clinicals. A passing exam score is required in order to receive your BLS Provider certification. Courses include all needed materials, and 2-year certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). 

HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s blended learning delivery method for the BLS Course. HeartCode blended learning delivers quality resuscitation education regardless of where providers are located and gives them more control to complete the course at their own pace. Providers first complete the online portion of HeartCode BLS and then complete a hands-on skills session with our Certified Instructor. Online course must  be completed prior to skills testing appointment.
